Hannah has practiced yoga on and off since she was a teenager, initially drawn to the physical challenge. When she joined PRANA Yoga + Wellbeing in 2022, she was energized by the emphasis on how yoga can improve physical strength and flexibility, but also nourish the mind and spirit. This inspired her to deepen her studies through the studio’s Advanced Study Program and complete the 200-hour training. The day before the training started, Hannah learned she was pregnant with her first baby, which began a beautiful and serendipitous journey of learning just how much yoga could help physically, mentally, and spiritually through the challenges and blessings of her changing body and lifestyle. She hopes to share with others the gift of yoga as a tool to get through any of life’s transitions and improve wellbeing at any stage of life.
