Spring Sound Bath + Yin Yoga
SPECIALTY CLASS!
Join us for a very special afternoon of Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Sound Bath as we prepare for the season of Spring. We’ll begin with a meditation on the Spring Equinox and the creative energy it invites. Then, April will guide us through a yin yoga practice while Beth weaves in soothing sounds and vibration that will flow and resonate throughout the room to encourage further relaxation, to help tension melt away, and to invite an inner calm to seep deep within. Sound Bath includes Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, which can calm and nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Appropriate for all levels.

Create Your Vision for 2025 Workshop
The New Year is fast approaching, and so we're gearing up for our seventh annual Create Your Vision for the New Year Workshop!
Join April Oquenda at PRANA Yoga + Wellbeing to honor 2024 and welcome 2025. This 2-hour interactive workshop weaves together reflective journaling, meditation, breathing techniques, gentle yoga, and designing an intentional vision for the year ahead.
Please bring a journal, pen, and yoga mat. For those of you who attended this workshop in previous years, please bring your notes from last year. Appropriate for all levels. Stay afterward for tea and socializing.

Yoga Philosophy
This is an interactive and experiential workshop. We'll discuss the philosophical principles, participate in a yoga sequences that are designed to cultivate reflection, and then workshop through journaling and sharing.

Molokai, Hawaii Retreat
Join author, spiritual teacher, and activist Michelle C. Johnson and owner of PRANA YOGA AND WELLBEING, Bridget Galli, for a restorative mindfulness and yoga retreat. Explore how, together, we can heal the hive, the collective, through practice, ceremony, and ritual. This retreat will be an opportunity for us to remember our interconnectedness and come into attunement and alignment with nature to cultivate individual and collective healing.


Meditation + Pranayama

As educators specifically, the intensity of each day is amplified as we respond to and support young people through a myriad of experiences and emotions.

Yoga ropes are not just for advanced practitioners but are invaluable tools for individuals with physical limitations. The support they provide can make yoga practice accessible to those recovering from injuries, dealing with limited mobility, or simply looking to ease into more challenging poses gradually.

Yoga for Healthy Aging
Yoga for Healthy Aging includes practices and tools for students who want to be proactive about maintaining their health, independence, and well-being at any age. In this two-day workshop, we’ll focus on the foundations you’ll need to keep your body, mind, and spirit healthy as you age: strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and equanimity. Join Dana Leipold, Bridget Galli, and Joe Sapena as they guide you through the latest science on aging, the philosophy of yoga, and asana practices that will set you up for lifelong well-being.

Yoga Retreat in Italy
Our time together will be dedicated to renewal through the practices of yoga, meditation, healthy eating, intentional rest, beholding beauty, and being in community. The villa rests in a secluded area near the medieval town of Lucca. It's authentic Tuscan style includes indoor and alfresco dining, outdoor terraces, a spacious indoor yoga studio with Manduka props and mats, several grassy areas for outdoor yoga, a swimming pool, beautiful gardens, and optional in-house massage services.
