Yoga Retreat in Italy
Join PRANA for the Summer Solstice as we venture back to our favorite retreat location in Italy—a beautiful villa in Tuscany.
Intro to the Ropes Wall
Working with the ropes wall can be a playful, challenging, fun way to experience your practice in a new way. The ropes wall can be an invaluable tool for getting into certain poses. The ropes can offer support, stability, and security. They can also help practitioners become more aware of their alignment, help open areas of the body that might be difficult to reach otherwise, and help stretch and strengthen specific areas of the body. We will learn preparations, technique, poses, and positions, while developing strength and confidence on the wall. This specialty class is an introduction to the ropes, so no previous experience with the ropes is required.
Kids Yoga
Kids Yoga is back for a special class! We are excited to share the joy and benefits of yoga with kids ages 4-11 years old.
In addition to in-class exposure to poses (asanas) and breathing (pranayama), our goal over time is to provide resources that families can use to encourage emotional intelligence (EQ).
Please arrive by 9:10am to fill out paperwork and tender payment. Legal guardian must be present.
Please note: If your child has any specific needs, please email us in advance of the class: info@pranayogawellbeing.com
