We are excited to share the joy and benefits of yoga with kids ages 7-11 years old.
In addition to in-class exposure to poses (asanas) and breathing (pranayama), our goal over time is to provide resources that families can use to encourage emotional intelligence (EQ).
Please arrive by 12:45pm to fill out paperwork and tender payment. Legal guardian must be present.
