Please join April Eljeiroudi for a workshop on the science and practice of mindfulness. You’ll practice a variety of 5-minute exercises that you can incorporate into your daily life to feel more balanced, centered, and present.

Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, pen, and journal.
