Yama + Niyama Workshop: Understanding Yoga's Ethical and Philosophical Practices

Join us for the 9th-Annual Yama-Niyama Series!

To kick off our 10 weeks, join April for a 3-hour workshop on October 19th.

Did you know there are eight limbs of yoga? Asana (the poses) is one, Pranayama (the breathing practices) is another, and there are two limbs associated with the ethical and moral conduct required for living a life of integrity and meaning.

Loving Kindness, Self-study, Truthfulness, Discipline--these are a few of the ethical principles that create the foundation for yoga.

If you want to learn more about living skillfully by using the ethical framework of yoga, please join us for a 3-hour workshop on the Yamas and Niyamas, the first two limbs of yoga.

This is an interactive and experiential workshop. We'll discuss the philosophical principles, participate in a short yoga sequence, and reflect through journaling and sharing.

Cost: $50
